By implementing a production scheduling system your organization will save time and money most importantly through the reduced efforts those poor employees are putting forth each morning to create that headache of a schedule. There is an increase in production efficiency which means you can run like products together which mean you will reduce changeover and clean out times. Additionally this means there that there will be a decrease in the amount of waste.
